Items You Are Not Satisfied With

If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 15 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. You can download our Returns Notes for your convenience. We encourage you to call Customer Servis at +447378549740 before returning a product that is used so we can provide you with the best Servis.

If you don't have a printer at home, please copy-paste the Returns Note into a word document, print it somewhere else and include it into the return packaging.

RETURNS NOTE

Need to return something? We want you to feel confident about shopping with us - you can return any product in its original condition within 15 days from delivery.
